I've tried to find a logfile in the Steam install area, but I'm coming up blank for any sort of DD log file. Application never appears to start at all. No discernable effect in any of these cases. I click the Play button, and nothing happens at all - there's no indication Darkest Dungeon runs at all. I don't want to start new save since I arleady have solid collection on trinkest and hearoes, neither send my heroes to missions without equipment, so all what am I do now is sending mercenaries without items to the Mill. Their numbers are grey and they all are unbuyable, no matter what is price coins, shards, blood, scales. When I wanted to go on expedition, all items in provision menu were blocked. I use it all the time because my memory sucks. I went to Jeweler(with exchange window still on) and bought Petrified Skull.Īnd here strange part starts, because I still could sell as many shards as before buying, even when I didn"t have them arleady.Ĭurious, I sell those shards and ended up with negative number of comet pieces. It doesn't do presets (I've never seen a mod that does), but instead it adds info to the provision tooltips to show how many of each item you should take for each area, and for how large the dungeon is.
Just before it, when I set all shards I had on exchange for portraits but not sell yet, I thought about buying some crystal trinket. A solved everything I could for portraits and was about to do the same with comet shards. In town, I played with exchanging heirlooms.
EDIT: Running Darkest Dungeon on an HP Pavilion laptop with Windows 10 installed and an IDT HD Audio CODEC integrated for audio. Hello, I have strange problem with my provision menu being blocked. Every other game I have runs fine, so it must be due to how the audio is handled in Darkest Dungeon.
